Salads are now a Sunday tradition in our house. During the summer months (and sometimes winter), you will find an assorted variety of chopped goodness in our kitchen. The internet and pinterest are my best friend when it comes to finding new recipes. I find the recipes, modify if needed, and share my results. I am not a chef, nor am I talented in the kitchen, so these recipes are accessible to everyone.
We grill out during all four seasons, but during the nice weather the entire family wants to be outside. Salads are the perfect complement to whatever we are grilling over the weekend. They also make great leftovers for lunch all week.
